Microsoft partner Redspire broadens Dynamics 365, Power Platform hiring after year of growth

April 14 2021

Glasgow-based Microsoft partner Redspire reports it has grown its team by 50 percent over the past year and is already seeing further hiring in 2021. The company recently announced a 39 percent increase in sales despite Covid-related business interruptions.

Working with Scottish technology recruitment firm Nine Twenty, Redspire hired 18 individuals in the fourth quarter of 2020 and 11 more in the first quarter of 2021. Currently, Redspire's technical delivery team comprises 55 employees and is on pace to end the year with 65 team members, according to the company.

"Redspire's growth has foundations in an exceptionally close working relationship with Microsoft and recent headline contract wins include a strategic fintech partnership with Virgin Money as the bank develops its Working Capital Health proposition," a Redspire representative told MSDW.
